Parking:Free Parking in the parking garage on the south side of the Courthouse.
Restrictions:Persons entering the Collier County Courthouse are subject to a physical search of their person and handheld possessions. Handheld possessions may include purses, wallets, luggage, wheelchairs, baby carriers, toolboxes, cell phones, pagers, briefcases, packages, etc. Persons who refuse to be searched shall be denied access to the Courthouse. Weapons, hazardous materials, and contraband are strictly prohibited and may be confiscated. Among the items prohibited from the Courthouse include guns, knives/bladed instruments, ammunition, batons/clubs, tasers/stun guns, chemical sprays, illegal drugs, as well as any other type of dangerous or hazardous material or property.
